One day there was a girl named Mary and there was a guy named God and God sent a angeltold Mary that she is going to have a baby and his name is going to be jesus and the angel left her and Mary said wot how can this be i am not even pronernd but then the angel came back and did a blessing on Mary not soon later she went to this place called bethlehem and thats were she is going to have her baby and when she got there she had her baby and she named the baby jesus and she named the baby jesus because she listened to the angel and named him that name and then the angel told the shepherds that is a new king and then the kings went to jesus and gave him frankinsenx,myrhh and gold and then three  shepherds came to bethlehem but the three kings did not get to kill Jesus and Mary and Jesus did not return.

There once lived a women called Mary, one day an angel came and said " you are going to have baby called Jesus.

But the Caesar said " you must have a baby where your husband was born", so Mary went on a donkey and Joseph lead the way to Bethlehem.

 

 

When they got there, there was no room but then a kind man let Mary and Joseph in his stable full of animals.

 

While that was happening an angel told the three shepherds that there was going to be the son of God. One of the men gave Jesus a baby lamb. After that there were three kings, and they saw a bright star and they followed it and it lead them to a stable.

 

One of the kings gave him gold another one gave him myrhh and the last one gave him frankinsense.

Mary and Joseph were so happy.

Why the emu couldn't fly by Anika

to begin with there once was a group of animals.in that group of animals there was an emu,goanna,lizard,snake,platypus,koala and kookaburra. they were drinking at the lake,in the desert under a shady tree.but to tell you the Truth the emu was an evil emu.she wanted everything to go her way.she also wanted everything to be perfect.

in the land not far away,near a lovely lake there lived a mean.that mean emu that wanted every ones attention.the emu always forced the lizard,kookaburra and goanna to find her food for her.the mean emu always teased the animals of her big beautiful wings.

after that the animals had a meeting without that mean emu.the animals tried to think of a plan to stop the emu from being mean.and to make the emu feel sorry for them.

soon after that the animals came up with a splendid idea.they said because the emu is being mean to us then we can have a race to the sun.if she gets to close to the sun then her wings will get burnt and she would of been taught a lesson.


then, not long after that,the animals decided to have the race the next day.the kookabara was the competitor to the emu.they were racing to the sun.

not long after they were about to start the race.all of the animals were so excited that the kookabara was to race the emu.

soon after that,the two competitors were getting ready for take off.then the goanna yelled GO! then all of the animals cheered wildly as the two birds flew high into the sky.

after a while the competitors were very close to the sun and they coud feel the heat from the su and thought about the heat.but emu didn't think about the sun.

the kokabara could feel the heat and decided to turn away from the emu so that the emu could burn her big wings.

the emu's feathers started to scorch and her wings were getting smaller.and she fell and thats how the emu could not fly.

In this story is a nice snake called the rainbow serpent.One day the rainbow serpent went to the river and a snake saw the rainbow serpent. A so the rainbow serpent started to run so the snake quickly ran out and followed the the snake. By the  time the snake got to the river the rainbow serpent was not there.

all of the animal were talking about why they needed colours.The animal wanted colours because animals don't want to be just one colour.






so all of the animals went to the rainbow serpent and the rainbow serpent was not there.So all of the animals went to look for the rainbow serpent then the rainbow serpent found a naklace and you wear the naklace you will turn invisble.The rainbow serpent wore the naklace and the rainbow serpent turn invisible.

The rainbow serpent took off the necklace and all of the animals saw the the rainbow serpent and the animals went straight to the rainbow serpent and asked for some colours.So the rainbow serpent gave the animals some colours and then the rainbow serpent ran out of colours and the rainbow serpent tricked all animal.The rainbow serpent wore the naklace and disappecsed and the animals did not know what happened.

Long long ago when the animals roamed the desert there was a dingo cub called   Zara and her mum calinta  they both lived in uluru.

One day when Zara and her other friends cuddly koala,courageous cockatoo,kind kangaroo and coo coo kookaburra went out for a drink but then she heard something.all Zara's friends ran away the other animals as well when Zara quietly crept over to the tree she howled and said poacher.

then she tried to escape the poachers clutches but she was to late.she let out a huge howl,her mother followed the noise and she saw Zara was in the poachers hands.calinta tried to attack but sadly the poacher had already set up a trap calinta fell down a hole .

the poacher climbed down and put her to sleep.Zara tried to rescue her mum but she was tied to a   tree and the poacher put her to sleep as well.

kookaburra saw all this happen he would of helped but did not want to get caught so kookaburra told koala  who told  cockatoo who told kangaroo.soon all the animals heard the news.they looked around where Zara was last seen good thing kangaroo has a good sense of smell.

the group tried to track down the poacher then koala heard something it sounded like Zara's help howl the group of animals followed kangaroo as fast as they could,and as soon as you know it the animals found Zara and her mum.

calinta and Zara were relived to see familiar faces they opened the cage and gently put the sleeping poacher inside the cage and locked it up tight and threw the key as far as they could

Mary and Joseph were walking in a street in Bethlehem because the old king announced that if your having a baby you must have it in your home country. At night looking for a hotel they found an inn a short distance there was a Shepard who gave Jesus a knew born lamb,a short distance there were Wise men,they saw a star.

They knew that the star represented the birth of Jesus they followed the star and gave Jesus gifts like gold, myrhh, frankenstine and left the next morning God warned them not to go back to Bethlehem because their was an evil king who wanted to kill Jesus so they went to live somewhere else till he died the end.

One day Mary saw an angel.The angel told her that she was going to have a baby boy and that she was to name her baby Jesus.A couple of months later Mary and Joseph decided to see Mary's cousin Elizabeth.Mary saw that Elizabeth was pregnant.Then Mary remembered to tell Elizabeth that she was going to have a baby herself.Then the next day Mary and Joseph travelled to nazareth but the king there told every one to get out so that his servents can kill all the babies.The people had to go to there husbands country.So Mary and Joseph had to go to bethlehem were Joseph was born.But  by the time they had got to bethlehem it was very dark and they did not have anywhere to go.A nice man said that he had an inn at the back of his pub.So Mary andf Joseph said that they agree to sleeping in the stable.And thats when Mary could feel pain and soon Mary had baby Jesus.Then there was a very big star in the sky.So three kings followed the star and it led them to baby Jesus.Mary and Joseph thanked the three kings for the gifts that they brought for there baby Jesus.and that's the story how Jesus was born.

Mary and Joseph went to Bethlehem. Mary and Joseph went to inn where the baby will be born. There was a star where the kings were and the kings followed the star. They knew it was Jesus star and they bought presents for him. And the king found him. The only reason the shepherds found Jesus is because an angle came down to tell them.  When Jesus was born there was animals everywhere. The reason they stayed in the inn is the hotel were taken and the person that worked there said they could stay in his shed.

First,the dragon terrorises the town by pulling the roofs of the peoples houses and making he tail break windows. And the Dragon looks greenish and has razer teeth and a long tail.



Then, the town called the Dragon hunter to kill the dragon but he couldn't kill him because he was to fast for him.


Next,the dragon attacks the town again and they got the dragon hunter to put it down. But every time he shoots the arrow it wii break But he thougt smarter and got a storger one.



Following this, the dragon hunter kills the dragon by firing the stong arrow. Then killed it then the town cheered for the dragon hunter and think him a lot. Then the town can live happly ever after.

Once their to Australian brown snakes that went out hunting in the Dian tree rain forest. They both looked everywhere but they colt find anything for themselves to eat then they moved into the dangerous parts of the rain forest to hunt.

Then one of them got stuck in a very sticky spider web then the other snake tried to help but got stuck in the web as well. just after they got caught a poisonous spider that they haven't seen before came down and bit them both.

A few weeks later the snakes stated to grow extra skin on their necks and head then the snakes changed colour they were now black and grey. After a few days they changed there habits they felt like different creatures.

The next day they decided to visit the wise owl to see what was happening to them. When they got to the wise owl they got examined by him he told them there was no cure "you have to live like this" so they did then they decided to reproduce to start a new population of snakes called pythons.

Long ago was a nice beautiful rainbow serpent, who lived in the rainforest with his nice friends. They are Joey the kangaroo, Furry the koala, Slimey the green tree snake and Crawly the lizard.

One day all the animals were talking about they needed colours. Some animals were talking about they wanted rainbow. Some animal were talking about they wanted blue.

The next day all the animals went to the rainbow serpent to ask for some colours. The koala and kangaroo ask for brown and grey. The tree snake and the lizard ask for green and black.

Then the tree snake and the lizard got there colours. The snake got the colour he wanted ,green. The lizard got the colour he wanted ,black.

The koala and kangaroo came to get some colours and the rainbow serpent turn black again He went to his cave thinking that koala and kangaroo weren't like him.

Next they came knocking on the door. They said to him" You can come out " he said" No ". He said no because he thought they won't like him. The animals said come because they wanted to stay brown. He came out and felt better and they lived together and the animal were thankful.

Mordecai was hungry and he saw a town with villagers and he thought that they will be good for breakfast. He went over there to try to eat them but the dragon hunter chased after him but didn't get him and the dragon hunters is named bob.

Then the dragon hunter bob made another trap and this time he got the dragon and the people killed the dragon and the hunter killed the people.

Once upon a time there lived a family called the Wattersons and they lived in New York. They only had one daughter named Megan.

One day the Wattersons went to the park when they were walking they found a baby dragon and they decided to call her Diamond.

They had her for four years on every single birthday. She had the best times with them and often there were fire works.

One night Diamond got caught by mean men and they took her to the park with all the trees. The men had saws and they even had evil weapons.

In the morning Megan woke up and ran down stairs to feed Diamond but she was not there so she told her parents.

And so the Wattersons went to the park to look for her, then they saw her but it was a trap. A big net went over them and they were trapped.

But then Diamond blew a big fire ball at the men and it made a net.

The kangaroos and their little joey can't jump they hasn't jump before  a long time. But the kangaroo  leader said we have to meet the rainbow serpent to teach them how and they can jump and also their joey can do it too. Once upon a time there are two kangaroos and a cute joey.When they meet the rainbow serpent the also teach the joey to jump.

Deep in the rain-forest, lived a beautiful rainbow serpent that had heaps of colours. 

The animals saw the rainbow serpent with beautiful colours and the animals thought that they could have some colours.

They asked him for some and the serpent said "OK"  but there wasn't enough to go around .

The rainbow serpent made the green tree snake green and the kangaroo was turn orange .   then there was not enough to go around and some remained brown and the rainbow serpent remained brown too.

Once upon a time ,there was a beautiful,colorful rainbow snake named Warnayarra and the only thing that was special to him was his family.

The next day,the rainbow serpent heard the animals talking about wanting colors he heard the dolphin ,kookaburra, galah and the green tree snake.

After that,the rainbow serpent  decided to share his beautiful colours with the other beautiful animals.Not all of the animals got colours from the rainbow serpent.

Not long after,there are not enough colours to go around so the rainbow serpent went home and thought that the animals that didn't get colours would hate him so the animals that didn't get any colours said ''it doesn't matter we like it plain and love you.

In the dreaming there lived a brown emu, and the emu had best friends who were the Aboriginal people. Those Aboriginal peoples tribe were Wiradjuri, they were very kind because they gave him food and water.

One night the Aboriginal men went out to get some food for dinner so they left emu in charged, everybody was asleep and so was the emu. After awhile another tribe came and their tribe were Worimi and they were trying to kill the people while emu was camouflage in the tree asleep.

In the morning the Wiradjuri men came back and saw that their tribe was killed. As the emu was still alive in the tree asleep, so they pulled him out and put him in a big fire of ring and the fire burnt his wings.

They burnt him because he did not do his job properly and he disappointed them.

For now on emus can't fly again.

How the snake lost his legs. by John

Once long ago in the rainforest which was a  place with damp air very humid with lots of salt water

water holes their was a snake who loved to eat frogs and sometimes falls asleep in the daytime.

 The snake was so hot that he went for a swim,the snake found the water so relaxing that he drifted of to sleep.

The next morning he found that his legs  were so wrinkly that they fell of,he was too slow to catch a frog
so he ate a plant instead but he didn't know that the plant was poisonous.

The next  morning  when he woke up he figured out that he also had a new skill which was that he was very quiet so he snuck behind a frog and ate it he cold eat a frog again the end

The Hunter and the Cockatoo by kiara

Once upon a time lived two cockatoos and one snake.There were best friends and they had each others backs.And they lived in the county and out back in the bush land.

Next, there lived two hunter and they would go hunting for their family and when the hunter saw the cockatoo wanted their feathers.

 Then the hunters went onto the sacred land and speared the cockatoo.And then the snake bit the hunter.

Then, the snake bit the hunter and he felt a  little bit  of poison.And then they learnt to never go on sacred land again.

There was a snake that had lots of colours
and all the animals called him the rainbow serpent.

The rainbow serpent gave all the colours to
the animals.He gave some colours to the emu.The colour that the emu got was a nice
pink the emu loud it.

But when it was the lizards turn to get his colours the rainbow snake just noticed that there was no colours left he was very upset
that he had no more colours left.

He slid into his hole and did not come out until the next day. The lizard and the turtle
and the green tree snake side it is OK we like the colours that we have. We just want to be your friend.

Then all the animals were happy they were all
playing with the rainbow serpent.


Some of the animals shared their colours with
the other animals. Every one was very happy. all the animals thanked the rainbow serpent.

And all the animals lived happy ever after
