Graffiti is writing or pictures that are scribbled scratched  and sprayed into walls or public areas.Many people think that graffiti is art because  it can brighten up the walls Other believe that it cost money to clean up.

After that many people think that graffiti is art or vandalism because it can stop tagging and save money to clean up.

Following this others believe that graffiti is art or vandalism  because it is offensive to other people. Lastly it stands to that graffiti is vandalism because it can ruin buildings and public areas.
