Long, long ago lived a wallaby and a kangaroo that were great animals. In the morning two animals came and there was snake and a dingo. They all lived in western Australia near Uluru, where it was very hot. The wallaby and the kangaroo did not know how to jump.

In the morning the snake wanted to teach the wallaby how to jump how to jump. The next morning he was teaching the wallaby how to jump and he was going to turn into a spring , to show him how to jump.

A few days later the dingo wanted  to teach the kangaroo how to jump.A few minutes later the dingo jumped and jumped intill the kangaroo would try to jump.The next day he was jumping and jumping  and the dingo was clapping lot because he knew how to jump.

The snake and the fantastic dingo told the kangaroo and the how to jump and the wallaby how to jump and that's how kangaroos and wallabies  learnt how to jump.

The Little Mermaid  ?

Dear Readers this is NOT a normal Fairytale it is very, very, very, very different. Just a warning it will be gruesome . Don't say i didn't warn you .

Once upon a time there lived a nose picking ,backstabbing , no good mermaid . Her name was Ariel . She hated the ocean and wanted to live up on land . Ariel was a beautiful mermaid she had red flowing hair , Amazingly terrific blue eyes and a beautifully coloured tail . But she picked her nose and was horrible to all her friends .

The only friend she had was little fish named Flounder a fish whop saw greatness in Ariel . He was a outstandingly blue and yellow striped fish. Early one morning Ariel was picking her nose in her favourite corner . Until Flounder came up to her and said " Hey Ariel I made a potion that will give you legs ."    Ariel jumped grabbed the potion and drank every single drop .Then she found she had LEGS . She was so happy now she could live on land .The next morning Ariel set off to the beach .

Finally she got there and then she saw the prince she fell in love with him instantly . She ran up to the prince and started talking . The prince fell in love with Ariel as well . By the month they were married .  Ariel learnt to be a lady like person and was nice to people .They lived happily until one morning the Ariel woke up and foun\d the prince with an angry look on his face . That morning they had a huge fight .  Ariel decided to leave she swam back to her father and got her tail back . A couple of months later she met a guy named Brent .A year later they were married and had seven kids and they loved Happily Ever After.,

How the kangaroo came to jump By Shajarra

Long long ago there was a kangaroo who couldn't jump and ever afternoon he watch his brother to jump away to find food.His brother was a show off.that afternoon kangaroo was trying to jump but he failed and then he saw kookaburra and koala they laughed at kangaroo.

When kangaroo thought no one was watching he was trying to jump and then kookaburra and koala laughed at him.Then a dingo came by  and said why are they laughing at you "because I can't jump",said kangaroo.

Then after awhile dingo said I know great jumper her name is Roo maybe she can help you.Then after awhile they saw Roo she was jumping to her house and dingo said kangaroo can't jump can you help him.After she help kookaburra and koala, stop laughing at him but the better news was that kangaroo could jump and that's how kangaroo came to jump.

Alec The Wise Grasshopper by TOM

In the wildlife there lived a greedy frill neck lizard called ben.He hunts near NSW Sydney.Not all of his pray escapes,but there was this grasshopper who was wise.

The grasshopper was called Alec and each time when the frill neck lizard tries to catch him he escapes.Meanwhile the frill neck lizard hunts for other prey.

After a while a tourist that was really rushing and doing things really quick lost his umbrella .The next day the grasshopper found the umbrella and got an idea, he turned the umbrella into a little animal so he would trick the frill neck lizard to eat the umbrella.

One day the frill neck lizard ate the umbrella and he got angry and the umbrella opened.

Ever since that time when the frill neck lizard gets angry it has the has the frill opening.

Long Long ago in the northern territory near Uluru lived a wombat . The wombat had no special talent . All the animals would tease him .

One day the wombat was walking through the bush  when he came across kookaburra . kookaburra was up in his favourite tree practicing his laughing. Wombat tried to stay low but he stepped on  a large brown stick and kookaburra saw him. Then kookaburra said  "so found your  ha ha ha special talent yet "  " Do you know when its gonna rain ha ha ha " . Right after that he fell out of his  big tree and said "I'm so thirsty "  ha ha ha ha.  

Kookaburra was not the only thirsty one all the animals were thirsty . the kangaroos the koalas the lorikeets and the possums were all dieing of thirst . They were nearly all dead . Late at night the wombat was just walking around the bush until he saw something like a shimmer on water .  he ran over as fast as he could and saw that it was water . he drank so so much water until he could drink no more . just as he walked away his foot sunk into the wet sand and he felt water. Suddenly his arms and legs went into a kind of trance and started digging.He didn't know what had come over him .Finally he stopped . He found another large pool of water . the wombat started digging again and again and again until he had 5 pools of water. Then he dug once more and saw he had made a nice burrow for him  to sleep in . Early that morning the wombat woke up and saw all the animals gazing over him . he didn't know what was happening. Then it hit him. the water . he was so happy with himself he had found his special talent . the wombat kept on digging for water and for burrows for him to sleep in.     

So that is how the wombat came to dig.

 Long, Long ago there once was a shy Koala who lived in the bush, and was frightened of trees.

In the daytime, in Australia the Koala and the possum were siting around a bush acting bored, meanwhile the possum was talking about a story that happened a hundred years ago, that had been past down in his family.

The Koala sat down, not long after this the possum was pointing to a tree. The possum said that the leaves in the tree were poison and that the Koala should never eat them, or touch them or else the Koala would fall into a deep sleep.

Suddenly, the Koala was eating all the leaves in the tree. But then, the Koala was fast asleep on top of the long branch. Just as the possum was about to turn around to grab his delicious sandwich, he found the koala sleeping in one of the long branches in the Eucalyptus tree. The possum tried to wake the Koala up, but it was no use. He packed up the picnic basket and went home, leaving the Koala behind. He left a note on the table saying he went home.

The Koala looked up at the sky with a leaf in his hand. He tried to get down but it was no use, he was stuck to the tree. And so the Koala went to sleep again. As the days past by, more leaves began to grow on each tree.

Ever since that time, all the Koalas are found sleeping in Eucalyptus trees.
