Graffiti is writing or pictures that are scribbled, scratched or sprayed. Many people think, that graffiti is art because it can brighten up a wall on a street. Others believe, that graffiti is vandalism because it cost a lot of money to clean up.

On the other hand, others believe that graffiti is vandalism due to a fact is that it cost a lot of the government's money to clean up. Secondly, a common belief is that it will ruin buildings and it will ruin public probity.

In summary, I think graffiti is art because if you get bord you can spray paint a wall to create an art work.
