How a volcano work by Betty

The name, volcano" has its origin from the name Vulcan,a god of fire in roman mythogy. It is a land From molten rock and larva.

To begin with, under the earth there are tectonic plates that move. Due to this the magma is squeezed between the Tectonic plates

Not long after, the magma moves into the magma chamber.Next the Gas presses pushes the magma up the main vent. At this point half the magma moves up the main vent. The magma turns into larva.

Soon after the molten ash and rocks and think smoke and larva all come erupt out of the volcano and the small cracks on the side of the volcano.

Some volcanos are located in the ocean while some are on land. No matter where they are volcanos are controlled by the tectonic Plates.
