How a Volcano works By Anika

 How a volcano works.

A volcano is landform in the earth where molten rock and gases will erupt. A volcano has larva, larva is as hot as the sun and can warm you up with just one touch.

To begin with, the earths crust is made up of huge slabs which are like jigsaw puzzles. These are called tectonic plates.

After a while, the magma is squeezed is squeezed between the tectonic plates, when they move.

Not long after, the magma moves onto the magma chamber. Then the gas pressure moves the magma up the vent.

Soon after, half way up the main vent, the magma will turn into larva.
After that the larva erupts and burns anything in its
Way.

Some volcanoes are located in the ocean while others are located
on land, and no matter where the volcanoes are they
Are always controlled by the tectonic plates.
