I strongly agree children should learn to swim because they need safety and exercise everyday to get better at swimming and swimming is fun.

Firstly it keeps them safe ,learning to swim stop children from drawing is in important.

Secondly children have to exercise so they can get fit when children go for a swim in the pool. That's when children should learn how to swim.

Finally now you could have some fun with your friends and could go to the pool and Beach.That's why children should learn to swim.
